Starting August 2008, US Airways no longer provides bonus miles for their most important customers. Frequent flyers probably provide more revenue than regular flyers. Their service sucks, their on-time performance sucks, their staff are rude and unfriendly.. I am taking my money to Southwest for West Coast Trips and American for coastal trips. Good bye US Airways, good luck surviving.. I don’t care.. Done..
